Well, this is me restarting my blogging. I figure I have so much pent up ideas and words of our upcoming trip that I should start documenting them because the time will fly by and then Disney will of come and gone!
The story: Well we were debating on if we wanted to surprise the kids with Disney one day by just loading up into the car and driving to the airport but we both decided that they are too old and would notice something if there were bags packed in the car. So we decided to give them a Christmas morning surprise. I'm going to try to upload the video or pictures eventually but it was honestly the shock, then wait what? moment that we were hoping for.
I created Disney Dollars by gluing paper onto cardboard and then wrapping it in tissue paper. It was the last gift they opened. They had thought it was all over the we told them to sit on the couch and we had a surprise for them. Their expressions are the best!
When we first decided to go Disney, we had 218 days until we left. Now there are 180 and my head is spinning with what to do now. Well we just booked our flights yesterday and we are leaving August 1st! Going in August you may say, is crazy but this is what works best for us and when we went to Florida last August to see my best friend and my sister's family, the temperature didn't bother us so we figure, let's do it again! So here is my question to you all. .. what now? We are debating between two different Disney resorts but in the meantime, what should I be doing? I'll update you all later about what I figured out to do next.
